Amazing service, professional, qualified

We called Chuck and his team at 1 Call Restore and we are so happy we did. If you ever need honest and expert roofing services, make them the first call you make. Amazing service, professional, qualified and just overall a great service. Thanks again!

God bless you, as you continue to serve with integrity.

It has been my good fortune to have had my property roofs serviced by 1Call Restore. When I say they are an excellent company, I mean it in the best sense of that word. The quality of their work is exemplary, good. My relationship with 1Call Restore is extensive and diverse. They have roofed and maintained my doubled roofed two-family home for years, deconstructed my two-car garage, and recently completed a stunning remodel of my basement. And I contracted this company to work on our churches commercial properties. They installed two roofs and sealed the building for leaks. To enhance the street appearance of a historic building under restoration, 1Call Restore installed shutters over damaged windows. The statement “From Roofing to Basements & Everything in Between” is an accurate depiction of the extent of work these seasoned, licensed, and insured specialists do. Finally, It’s reassuring to know that they stand by their warranties. God bless you, as you continue to serve with integrity.

His team was professional, courteous, and thorough

My husband and I were about to put our condo in Jersey City on the market and we needed a new roof on our building. Chuck managed to fit us in to his busy schedule and did an expert job. We easily were able to sell our condo and the new roof was a major selling point. His team was professional, courteous, and thorough. I would highly recommend calling Chuck.

They made me feel so comfortable from the first call

I normally never post reviews because I don't want to say anything bad about my experiences with contractors because they're usually careless or unprofessional. However, in this case, I just had to leave a review. I will never use another contractor again. They made me feel so comfortable from the first call. They explained everything to me in great detail. The crew was clean and courteous. The office staff was also very pleasant and efficient. And the owner was too good to be true. Fabulous!

Best roofer in NJ, hands down!

"My condo association used both of Chuck’s companies for our main roof replacement for a leak in our building’s skylight. We would not use any other roofing company besides Chuck’s. Honest, reliable, very knowledgeable, and just a great individual to work with. Most importantly, they get the job done quickly and correctly with the work under warranty as well! We had two very tricky leaks in our building, which Chuck’s team diligently diagnosed and resolved. Best roofer in NJ, hands down!!"

Professional and reliable. Would recommend them to anyone.

They fixed an issue that we had on our roof for years. After many other companies failed, they fixed my problem. After that they brightened up the whole appearance of our home with a beautiful exterior painting. They were exactly what they represented and fulfilled the quote they gave me and some. Very professional and reliable. Would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend them with total confidence.

Chuck and his crew will truly always be my 1 Call after my experience with them. They replaced one roof for me and then repaired another roof for me, and the entire process, from the initial consultation to the implementation, was really top-notch. The work was of extremely high quality and it was done on time. But what I really appreciated above all I appreciate how honest they were. Every other proposal I received told me I had to replace the second roof that Chuck ended up just repairing. He could have easily talked me into replacing it, especially after two other companies said I should do a replacement. I'm very grateful that I met Chuck and 1 Call Restore – I highly recommend them with total confidence.

They’re very professional and cleaned up meticulously

We have worked with 1 Call Restore and the company is amazing. Chuck and his team worked on our property in Secaucus, NJ, and did a fabulous job. They’re very professional and cleaned up meticulously, which to me is very important. You were lucky if you found 1 nail. The owner is always available to talk to you and ON SITE. 1Call-Restore did an amazing job repairing

1Call-Restore did an amazing job repairing the leaks over both my flat and shingle roof extending their life for a few more years. I was very happy and satisfied with their professionalism and quick response. After all the repairs were done they went beyond all my expectations cleaning up not just my side, but my neighbors too. I signed a maintenance contract to make sure that my home is well taken care of for the next few years. Thank you Chuck and 1Call-Restore.
