After your “deal direct” free estimate with owner Chuck Anania, you’ll then submit your signed contract online and arrange to make your deposit payment with our office staff. Then you will be contacted by our production coordinator to begin work on your project!

Depending on the type of service needed, maintenance plans can be done on an annual, semiannual, quarterly, or monthly schedule.

Typically, we charge a set fee for a specific amount of time that the technician will be performing the maintenance visit and what materials he will most likely use on that visit.

Any time or material used in excess will be billed additionally. Maintenance plans are performed with your piece of mind as our ultimate goal.

Our warranty largely depends on the type of service done and what warranty the material manufacturer offers.

Your proposal will also specify the workmanship warranty.

Also, 1Call Restore Founder and Owner Chuck Anania is extremely hands-on and personally performs video verification inspections during all phases of every  project. Additionally, final in-person inspections can be performed upon request.

Our crew will clean up and remove any debris related to our work. In addition, we will also schedule our ‘white-glove’ cleaning service for more in-depth cleaning of any interior projects that were completed.
